Yes, standard clio runners bolt to the recaro subframe. Needs to be the correct clio specific subframe though.

I've had a snappy wheel, and a couple done by royal steering wheels. I'll be using royal again! From memory Ali had his sabelt rs wheel done by royal. Did this for me earlier in the year.

Of those 2, it's much of a muchness. But as said for that money I'd look at a megane 250. Or an r26 and save a few £k.

Without having tested the mobius, I'd say out of the box the g1wh is easier to use, and 60fps with the wide angle is useful as an accident camera. Mobius definitely more discreet and easier to mount.

Picked up a mobius camera, as the ebayer has agreed to take the g1wh back. Mobius is much smaller/subtle, with a much better mounting system. Easy to set up using laptop. But, you can't have the full 60fps 720p with the wide angle. Have to use 30fps for wide angle. Going to test it both ways...

PS2's. Ps3's seem better in the wet, but ps2's feel more responsive in the dry. Or if you're not a tyre snob, try the hankook v12 or s1 (evo 2 versions). Always found the hankook held up better than the equivalent Michelin on track.

Runs a bit smoother, I'd use an RS tuner as it's cheap and there's no benefit to an expensive map (imo). But pound for pound the best mod? No chance. Whiteline.

I'm tempted to superglue it. Will mean removing the suction mount instead of just sliding the camera off. Mark, does yours have any play in the mount?

Mines rotating during cornering. Only a bit, but I quite like the idea of using one on track, which would be annoying. Rest of the camera is brilliant for the money, purely as a dash cam it would do nicely.

Had mine delivered today. Video quality is good, but the mounting system is crap. Previous camera had a standard tripod screw mount, meant lots of options to use more discreet gopro type mounts. Not at all impressed with this system, lots of play in the mount. I'll be sending it back.

I retro fitted cruise to my 172. You need the switch to activate cruise (also turns esp off and has dimmer for the dash). New airbag squib (with cruise wiring). Steering wheel. And pedal switch.

It's an Australian special edition I think. Spelt trophee apparently!

Found a leak in the r26 ac system, and I've got a new ac switch and new seals for the pipe in that area. Does anyone know if it's just a question of undoing the pipe, replace seal, get ac regassed?

I've got a crap set of Xenons that you could have for £50 possibly. They work perfectly, but need polishing as they are scratched/uv damaged. But someone else said they wanted them, I'll check if they still do

The legality is questionable, could certainly be an mot fail, as you don't have washers or self levelling. Personally I wouldn't bother. Cheap hid kits aren't brilliantly made, risk of them going up in smoke puts me off these days. And don't fit a hid kit into standard headlights. They aren't...
