Take off wheels, take out the split pins and sliders that hold the pads in.
Take off the two 18mm (IIRC) bolts that hold the caliper on.
Take off the bronze dust cap and remove the 32mm nyloc nut that holds the disc and bearing on the stub axle.
Renew the nut.
Hope this helps.
The fact that it isnt showing any fault codes leads me to think you may have a small diesel leak, check your fuel lines, especially around the fuel filter near the battery.
You could with a lever bar, but it will most definatly not be tight enough. Another thing is that you might have a spring loaded tensioner which some had.
Hope this helps.
That is too high, thats what we charge at work ( main dealer). If you were around me I could do it for £150. The reason garages dont like doing the 16v engines is because they do not have keyways on the crank or cam and you need the locking tools to do it. But back to the point, that price is...
Definatly sounds like a charging problem. First things first, I would check and clean up the contacts on the battery and alternator. If it turns out to be the alternator, there pretty easy to fit on the k9k. Remove the belt, the 2 long 13mm bolts and the connections. Then it should lever out...
Theres no frame as such, it is a tight fit though. There are pipes that go into the airbox (the bottom right as you look at it) They maybe causing it not to come out?
Theres 2 mounts. One to the left of the battery (which you have to take the battery out to get the bolt out) and one near the slam panel which bolts to the brace that goes over the battery.
I only thought angle sensors were used on cars with ESP? but I think its part of the rotary switch mate, pretty easy to fit and not coded to the car, Hope this helps!
Worth repairing imo! Slap two new ball joints on it, a new spring, looks like you could do with a new set of rear shoe's (maybe adjusters because there crap). The emmisions is the worse bit, try cleaning the 02 sensor connection on the front of the engine before anything ;)
There is a cure for this, renault have released a "solution". They tell you to grind away the top mount hole in the body to an oval shape to stop it rubbing.
Nope, just pull the window out of the runner at an angle, rivet it back on and push it back in the runner. It should make a nice clonk when it sits back in right. :)
The clip is - - - 77 00 838 242 £1.52
The rivet is - - - - 77 03 072 380 97p
Dead easy to fit just rivet it in place and ram it back in the runner.
Hope this helps
Possible head gasket, they seem to have a habit of rotting away on these energy lumps. I would get a coolant preasure tester on the cooling sytem. When its under preasure you will probably find the coolant will be forced into the clylinder and cause it to not start initially.
