Hyundai have probably had a big hand in reviving the WRC over the last year. They've put a lot of energy into it. Toyota coming back was a big boost too. Akio Toyoda is a big rally man though.
The last few seasons have actually been the best, probably since the McRae/Burns era. Just a shame...
I think both Toyota and Hyundai are making a lot of the more traditional brands look a bit silly. Hyundai have really injected some much-needed fun back into a hot hatch sector that's become dominated by number-obsessed, grey boxes, while Toyota really seem to be rediscovering their mojo.
Definitely. I've all but given up with my local one. Far too many old farts who can't see that the world has moved on. The club system should be totally overhauled. I'd just have regional clubs instead of having multiple clubs in every county.

I suspect so. Having driven a 740 through the Alps to Italy, and a 940 turbo around much of the UK's exciting roads, I can't say I'm in a hurry to drive another 😂
Adored the 850 T-5 I had though, and my V70 D5 was a decent barge too, if a bit expensive for parts.
