I fyou want to replace th bearing yep but whole new mount have new bearing pushed in so just jack up the engine remove the bolt holding the mount to the gearbox and the one holding the mount to the car shell. Remove the old mount put new one in then bolt back up.

New dogbone mount only £35 or so COuld be the dogbones take a right battering in use.

Engine mounts need adjsuting and the dog bons probably worn out as well. No huge issue to fix though.

You'd need new brackets making for if you buy a 172 etc though so no point buying for later.
