Seriously?!!! Surely the headlamp washers share the same bottle and system as the windscreen washers! I'd love to believe it was something so simple, but the windscreen wash bottle has been bone dry for months, and the header tank is going down...and the coolant on the drive...

The headlight washers use the same header as the coolant system?! I know Renault can be a bit backwards in coming forwards... The water is dripping down from the plastic engine covers underneath, if it was the washers, I'd have expected it dripping from the bumper. - and just normal agua.

Looking top down through the engine bay i can't see anything leaking. It only happens after the system has been pressurised (driven) then parked up for 10 mins. First picture is on the drivers side (taken later in the day than the other picture), its not the aircon (as there is always coolant...

Could also be fueling. Try the other pressure regulator sensor (if you have one) and check each sensor to the injectors. You're getting sparks from the plugs too? plenty of things to be double checking tonight!

Its a Ph1 engine in a Ph2 or just a straight ph1 swap? Did you use the old known working coil pack and leads? They are in the correct order?
