There's no such term as "full fat" its just a name used on here. You have the 182, 182 with cup options, and the 182 cup which is the lesser specced model. interesting that you drive an R27 yet are looking to buy a 182.

ive been with o2 for 5 years, no problems here... top notch!

use the auto key lock feature, it locks the keys after about 10 seconds of idle on the desktop. Find it under General settings.

mine has 'Media' on the left and 'Contact' on the right. as far as i'm aware you can't change them. Im on o2 so obviously dont have any Vodafone branding like you.

use windows. My Network Places > Add network place wizard. can then drag and drop files in explorer to upload them.
