Re: Mk1 Hybrid Project Day 162 Only a few bits sorted tonight...Needed something to block off the pipe from the head that would usually go to the carbon canistor (sp). Geesus69 used a bung from Demon Tweeks, but I thought id try to 'make do'... This is the original pipe sticking out...

How does a standard AUX belt run round the 1*2 engine? Path wise...? Just fitted the alt to the block, and fitted the aux belt, but its rubbing on the cambelt cover? Cant see why its rubbing though, unless it normally goes under the waterpump?

Re: Mk1 Hybrid Project The lot is Hammerite 'Hammered' Black...yellow is Acid Yellow renault color, just mixed paint....crackle happened when the hammerite got laquered :S Acid yellow yeah, bought some more!
