Is it quite heavy clunk? I'd check your other engine mounts tbh. Upper Engine Mount and Upper and Lower Gearbox Mounts as it could possibly be that they are worn allowing your engine to rock and hitting the exhaust on the subframe.

Is there something actually wrong or do you just want to do it? Seems awaste of money unless you know your bushes are worn.

It could be the exhaust knocking on the sub frame.... Is when accelerating hard or just casual pulling away?

Yep it'll bolt straight on you'll just need to buy the bolts, There are holes in the upper plenhum and by the coilpack iirc As for the oil flap I'm really not sure if it can be bought separately, Breakers Yards, EBay and here are your best chances to get one I'd say.
