Ha! I think my entire build has been one thing like this after another!
Keep at it, this is the car on here I'm most looking forward to seeing finished!
Just had a look through the last couple of pages of this and...wow, that looks blinkin' awesome. A real shame you have to sell it. Be interested in what you think it's worth. A car with a lot of potential there.
Yes I just looked at the CM site and it's down.
Just read through all this - great build. Probably one of the best looking Cups I've seen. Wheels/ride height etc, all spot on.
Ha! I had never ever thought of that, but I so see it!

Looks good, be interesting to see how it goes in that spec. Been thinking about doing something similar with mine as my Escort is a money pit.
Not sure on the brown cardboard windows though. You might be able to see better through white card?
Car 96 was a converted Cup Racer. Did get a quick look at it in the service area but never saw it with the bonnet up so don't know what the engine was like. It was being run by Steve Perez's team. He set the fastest overall time in it on SS2 I believe.
I've uploaded some pictures here...
Was just over a week ago now, but popped down to the MGJ Engineering Brands Hatch Stages on the 31st of January and took a few pictures. The weather was pretty miserable, so taking pictures wasn't really very high up on my priority list. That and I have zero talent anyway. A mixture of SLR and...
