    are your wheels up tight? i would be taking the struts off... cleaning, inspecting and re-tightening everything if it was my car.

    is Halfords oil any good? they've got buy 1 get 1 free on their 5l 5w-40 oil at the moment.

    what i dont want to do is buy a 5ltr bottle, then not have enough due to the filter containing some. wasnt sure how much the filter held... i wont worry about it then :)

    How much oil should I be buying for my 182 including a filter change? I know its 5 litres, but not sure whether that includes the filter? And best oil to buy, from where?

    172 cup but not in white... get it done in something like acid green on the Mk2 V6 white's been done, several times.

    when i fitted the changer to my 182, the bracket was quite simple... square shaped with the 4 legs sticking out to screw to the car.

    K-Tec ECU/Chip Tuning

    Yes, its well worth the money. Ive just been driving one of K-Tec's 172's for a week with their remap on it... and it really did pull like a train from much lower down the revs.
