Just a thought, but do you less priviliged ;-) sport owners think that us ful fat owners are big girls blouses when you see us on the road? Or are you lot just envious of the creature comforts?
I wouldnt consider myself soft (the car gets what it needs from time to time) just because I...
I will take a set of the carbon inserts off you and if the badge falls through that as well (any better pics of the inserts?). Can do through paypal as well mate. Cheers.
Visibility was pretty good tbh, the road was a short cut which takes you onto the A5 just past Betws-y-Coed heading back to the M54 motorway (or whicheverone is at the end of the A5). I wernt from Caernavon to Port Madthdog. It saves you heading all the way back round the coast to Canervon...
Yea the cam doesnt really do it justice, loadsa off camber braking zones making it tricky to slow it down, but good fun none the less. Mite head up to scotland soon, too check the roads up there.
The quality isnt brill as was done on my digital camera, dont think it really gives the impression of speed much. Done on a mountain b road in north wales as a short cut, was amazing and cant believe how much the car comes alive in your hands on this territory.
I officially hate living in...
^^^ Lol that mot station is quality if they werent bothered bout the decat. I had ss lines on my old vtr saxo and they improved the brake feel massively. You can litteraly set the pads on fire and you know when your runniing out of brakes as you can feel everything through the brake pedal...
VFM the superleggeras are amazingly light.
I had a set of 15" on my old saxo and they weigh in at 4.9 kg each without tyres. Looking at all the comparables including team dynamics pro race, they were like 6 kilos. I remember hearing that reducing 5kg of weight is equivalent to a 1bhp...
trophy travelling to wards brum bout 5pm on saturday 5th aug and also one on the m1 towards london 55 plate bout 6.45 is pm on saturday. also glimpsed a 197 the other way on the m6 towards the m1 in red. Anyone?
I was in black 182!
Lighter wheels would be a start, mabye they may come out with more exotic features that are options on more expensive cars. Remember reading that Xenons on a new 911 are something silly like a 1k option, and the 182 and 172 had it all for its all inclusive price. How about a carbon roof ala BM...
Is it only if your purchased a rsc from new. I purchased my 2nd hand from local ren dealer. Havent checked post today though. I wouldnt mind ragging the tits off one though. I like loosening tight things!
I think weak flames look crap on their own tbh, you want a loud bang accompanied with a bit of flamage. Like a firework coming out of the exhaust not someone lighting their fart.
Whatever floats your boat though!
Constant vvt? How does this compare to the 182 then? Is it right that the vvt starts working from 1650 rpm?
Will the 197 cams be a direct replacement for 1*2 engines being that they are all F4R's?
^^^ must give it the extra bhp, lol.
The main reason im asking is that, people on here say it is very hard to get a real 200 bhp without using cams, standalone etc. So has the 197 had cam profile changes etc to get this extra power? Or is it just items that some of us 1*2 owners are...
Yeah I remember speaking to some other tuners and they say that a mirror finish is never the best way forward. Its ideal to have a bit of texture inside to create turbulence or like a swirl flow into the inlet. Does this just apply for the combustion chamber or will it make a big difference to...
