As per post title. The obvious changes I can see are the inlet manifold is very smooth, by looking at the cutaway from the British Motorshow,
and they have probably altered the map on the ecu against the 182. Is the 197 producing 158 lb/ft of torque now?
I have to say its the franchised dealers that sound like they are fucked up. My local dealer Renault Ilford (owned by renault) service was s**t 3 years ago when I purchased my dynamique brand new from there. Since giving them another chance, my 182 has had no probs apart from self destructing...
I never really put more than £20 in at any one time due to not wanting to weigh the car down too much, you never know when youre going to need the weight advantage lol! Only fill it up if im on a long motorway cruise.
Mine split, the "senior technician" said no probs straight away. I was shocked, the service from my local renault dealer has improved significantly since the last time Ive had to use them.
I had the same lexus lights on my 52 plate dynamique all those years ago. They looked very smart at the time though as only select cars had lex lights available for them at the time. Now every shitter has them on :-(
Which clios came with carbon silver dash inserts? The reason I ask is that my standard ones on my 182 have flaked slightly and I have just purchased some off ebay. I was under the assumption that all RS models came with just a brushed aluminium finish...
No pics of the silver one that was there? I was under the impression that there were reverse wings underneath the car, but looking underneath all they have done is made it flat as possible to accelerate the air through the diffuser. Very nice touch and less drag at high speeds.
Only cause it aint turboed though! Look at the old GTT, get like 30bhp from a £20 bleed valve. Mite not last that long though with out intercooler strapping and the like, but still you get the idea. Would love to race a VXR or ST in this searing 30 degree plus heat LOL
Even though I have CC, I dont even bother with it. Even down here in London with the 35 degree+ temperature. Love the breezy holiday feel! Thank god the seats arent full leather.
What I dont get is this supposed heat reflecting windscreen, I still cant touch the bloody steering wheel it...
Doubt it will matter mate as the ecu has already been programmed in a certain way. Will probably improve overall as the ecu will have been designed for the breathing mods. Still debating between remap and Grp N?
I was under the impression that those strut braces with adjusters were supposed to be pants, as the structural integrity is compromised. Anyone clarify?
I dont understand why everyone seems to have it in for the car. Its a new model, your one is the old one now, get over it!
Think the ad is pretty good imo.
Best is 43mpg constant 70-80 on motorway. Worst is 18.8 when given a constant lead right foot stop starting racing with my friend in his CTR for half hour. Quickest way to blow a tenner on juice!
