Sorry to see this mate. All the harder to fix as the car has been fibreglassed and fillered together. This is the main reason that has always put me off having body kits on cars. Hope you get it sorted soon matey.
Why have it there in the first place then, it would not have been developed. You wont notice the differences at high rpm with this, its low down repsonse, ie, cruising around town to make the car more driveable that it is meant for.
If your using wheels of a RS model then surley as the track is wider on these cars, the offset isnt going to work with your model. I would guess you would need spacers to push them out further into the arches and slightly longer bolts to match.
Speak to a professional, and be careful in the...
Well is not like Tony fcuking Blair is doing anything about these w*****s, so at least he is saying something constructive.
Sorry to hear bout that mate, just recovered from food poisioning myself. Its a 'mare pissing outta your ass in this heat. Drink plenty of water!
Over the weekend I fitted a panel filter to my 05 182. After fitting I would say there is no real difference in the performance of the car.
The only difference noticable I would say is a slightly deeper induction growl between 3-4k rpm and sharper throttle response at high rpm in 4th and...
I think its 0.35 for non cup packed, 0.36 for cup packed, so make make a very slight difference at the top end. I would have thought the best way to get in the low six's is just to practice your launching. 0.5 secs is essentially nothing to be worrying about, and if Autocar can get 6.3 secs...
Michelin Pilot Primacys are ideal for high mileage on the fronts, with excellent all round wet and dry performance. Just over £100 each fitted from Elite direct. I have had 8k out of my fronts so far and they look like they have hardly worn at all! Should be good for at least 20k at least...

HAHa, sorry to take the piss mate, but SPAX suspension on a Trophy, LOL its not a chav mobile, try Sachs. The 182's are still MK2 ph 2's as well, just with a slightly higher power output.
Cheers for all the support guys, my dreams of a slagged out interior should hopefully be realised now after I have bought my flat and taken a nice long holiday. MMMmm shiny cage, carbon buckets, coilovers cant wait!
For those of you that remember, I was hit into a month ago by an uninsured driver. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for my car to come out of the body shop she looks all spangly and sparkly. The piece de resistance? A letter from Elephant came through today saying that my NCD has not been affected...
Think a black centre with polished lip and cup splitter would make the car look real classy, combime it with a half cage with polished extinguisher would be the one. Rekon the red just attracts too much attention and looks tacky.
Just like a cheap hooker with red stilletos. Up to you though!
You need the PIAA teras, match the HID's almost exactly, bit pricey at £40 an you have to faff around with a fancy inline resistor, did it though and never looked back! Side lights on on thier own in my avatar pic!
