me too... my cover note arrived 17 hours after speaking to them on the phone!
they werent the cheapest, but apparently couldnt go any lower. I only stayed with them due to the Track Day cover they can offer me.
im on my 3rd set... wouldnt buy anything else.
don't expect a speedy delivery from mytyres, i cancelled my last order and got them locally for £20 more... mytyres quoted 2 weeks for delivery which i had to pay for. Local tyre place was next day delivery which i didnt pay for.
they've done you a favour i think... saved you the £120 for the insurance, plus the cost of the viper! who needs noise anyway, the engine's are rattly and noisy enough!
looks like they're 15's
i like them, and they will obviously have the advantages of being smaller than the "old" ones.
makes a change for someone to buy wheels for function over form, a refreshing change! :)
i would be tempted to spray it on the car.
if you prepare it carefully and cut some backing paper so that it fits underneith it to collect the overspray you shouldn't have a problem
right you can make any of the clio engines fit, right, with a bit of hard work, right.
the 1.8 16v engine will fit, but you would need the running gear/ecu/loom etc from a valver too.
Re: Fitting spings...
3 hours to do the rears? all you have to undo is 1 bolt per side!
20 mins max to change both the rear springs, on your own with just an adjustable spanner and a jack!
