There isnt a lumbar support adjustment as far as i know.... there is a lever to slide it back and forward (front on right), a lever to go up and down (front on left) and a lever to tilt it back (left side).
handles... the plastic ones are cheap, probably pick some up for £15. May as well get...

please take the cliosport skirt stickers off, they look strange for some reason. i dont quite know why yet... lol
i might have some other stickers you can replace them with soon ;)
UPDATE
The new mount arrived today, a bit later than expected but thats UPS's fault not TomTom's.
First impressions before i fitted it were that it didnt look any different, however when i moved the arm it felt a lot stiffer than the old mount.

you only have 1 fan?
if its noisy the bearings might have gone, so it needs replacing. Try and find one with good airflow.
you need a good cpu cooler, as well as a couple of good case fans, one sucking in from the front at the bottom, and another blowing out from the back at the top.
could be getting hot and restarting.
what are you doing when it restarts? Games?
check the cooling, and get a temperature monitor to keep an eye on it.
any owner who looks after their car should have the cambelt done before 50k. Renault state 72k or 5 years, but thats a load of rubbish.
If i found a car for say 5k that has 50k miles on the clock that hadnt had the cambelt done, i would work this into the price and offer 300 quid less...
The things to look out for in the Ph1 172:
Cambelt should realistically be done around 50k
Vibration around 4k revs - this is the exhaust heatshield and they all do it (easily fixed)
Alloy bonnet on some (lighter than a carbon one)
Shift light on some
Steering wheel wear (they all do it)
Engine...
the thing you SHOULDNT do is try and turn it on "just to see if it works" straight after... this is when the damage is done due to it not being dry.
you should allow it to dry completely before attempting to turn it on.
from the sounds of it, you've broken it by turning it on too quickly...
