cool, im off up to ProSpeed on the 14th... what difference does the 2 1/4" system make, and what choices are there?

are we talking 182's here? Cos my Ph1 172 doesnt do it. ;)

the membership cards are coming back. it would just be nice to know if its members only on the stand or not... if anyone's allowed on the stand i wont bother renewing my membership and use the £5 for another sprint run! :)

They are advertised as 172 trophy wheels though, which in a round about way i guess they are! 172 wheels made to look like trophy wheels. Nowt wrong with that auction! :)

mine are done in satin black... i dont think the 172 brakes are anything to shout about tbh, especially the tiny rears :)

ah fair enough mate. make sure you clean those discs before you put the new pads in or u'll end up with oily/greasy pads! :)

didnt you take them off to paint them? the fronts only look half finished.

ref: my post above I used 4awg cable and there is no possible way of getting it through... the grommet simply isnt big enough!

since changing my exhaust yesterday... i can really hear the induction system working. The standard airbox is just like an oversized BMC induction kit anyway! :) Im enjoying driving around listening to the F4R sucking in air through my pipercross filter! :approve:

Myself and 172 Dave arrived at HQ this morning only to find Mike feeling the cold on these early morning starts. So he ordered some Thermal Overalls to keep his parts nice and warm :cool: oh, and Dave couldnt resist a quick snap to add to Mike's professional company gallery ;) PMSL...
