FFS, I had an OMP wheel fitted before, no problem, go to fit my new wheel, disconnect the horn and re-connect the same one (for ease) to fit the new wheel, the metal "catch" type bit of wire stuff sparks, sets fire and falls onto my drivers seat.
I actually want to cry.
My mint 182 interior...
Check this thread out for everything I did to mine that was a lower model that yours:

Here's how it looked when I was done....
Interesting one, possibly a fault crank sensor as Budge'ster mentioned?
On my 1.2 when the crank sensor was on it's way out, it could get a reading if the revs were going some, but when they dropped down to idle it kept cutting out. (although if this was the case, it'd also be a bugger to...
Ouch.... ok.... I'll give you my honest opinion. You haven't done anything right yet.
The white badge, fair enough, ish, but the rest, no.
Use that white on the fog surrounds as a primer, key it up and paint them red, the same red as the car, or black, satin black. Either will look 1,000,000x...
They're supposed to have a split clip type thing mate, I don't know the actual name for the thing embarrassingly enough.
They're metal and clip over the holes that are there and have a smaller hole so you can screw into that :)
LOL! Shall do.
Apparently the earlier style (yellow) didn't come with washers. Where do they go then? "Bolt side" of the mount on both sides? So one'll be big and one small?
Indeed I can.
I'd buy them from North West Performance.
You get the whole sha-bang that way (rear disc, bearing, and ABS ring)
This means no faffing about trying to get old part's off of yours, they are also doing a spaffing deal on new discs and pads together for something like £100 :-O...
I didn't worry in my my first car, and I'm sure all the euro/scene kids don't worry in their 20/30/40 year old cars.
It's not ideal, but meh, I didn't buy a 2.0l tin can so I could feel like I was in a hub of safety.
Hmmmmm, I'd check connections the aerial/dish, could be a unfortunately timed fluke or something? Or has your dish been knocked?
I found one of my old freeview boxes could play channels it had already in it in a certain location, but if you searched for new channels in that location, you'd lose...
Ah ok, I'm with you now, sorry I was mid conversation when typing and wrote right instead of left, as far as I'm aware mate there's no reason that hidden bolt would come off? I haven't even noticed it before... lol!
The two big bolts on the right? It just depends what you're replacing tbh, I can't remember how "complete" the top engine mount unit is, if there's a new bit to go there, replace it, if not, don't.
Replace that mount is dead simple, really just a case of jacking the engine up, removing the...
Engine mount: If you have some pics I'm sure you'll get more advice, as I'm not quite sure what you're talking about with regards to the 13mm bolt.
As for the upper GB mount, I've struggled with this in the past, the key is to get onto both nuts apparently, the visible one ontop of the mount...
They're not massively expensive and IMO really change how the car feels to drive, mine feels much more "chuckable" if you know what I mean?
I'm going to phone up 'tweeks at 9 and get my CS discount on it :D
Brakes aren't shagged on back or front tbh, but could do with replacing at some point in the next 6 months, I'd rather get it done, get the fluid changed and be nice and fresh, but first I want to get it looking good ;)
