If the £100 is to be spent on looks, or ride, or feel, any of the above options.
If you want to spend the £100 to actually go faster, have some training on a trackday - that'll give you more than a set of springs or strut brace ever will.
I'd been following Evo magazines long term 172 Cup reports and thought "I've got to have one".
So I found an internet broker and ordered, without ever having seen one in the flesh, or even sat in it.
Most irrational thing I've EVER done in my entire life LOL
Lack of steering wheel reach adjustment, and with my legs set comfortably for the pedals, the gear lever's a bit of a stretch to get it into 3rd.
Apart from that, I'd change nothing as everything else is perfect IMO.
Mine has gone like that on both sides (quarter to 3 positions) which is exactly where my hands spend 99% of their time.
Crap leather...haven't bothered going back to the dealers, as they're proper monkeys since Rentech Mike left :(
Good excuse to get a decent racing wheel that's 2 inches...
I had an incident with a bus in Blackpool years ago, almost exactly the same as yours, the bus scraped along the back of the car I was driving. The f***er that was driving the bus drove off and I was running alongside banging on the window to get him to stop.
Then when all the details came...
Every economic report from my business bankers (RBS) that I get to see, shows the MPC's fiscal policy and base (or repo) rate forecast, as being stable for the next 12-18 months... i.e. no change in interest rates.
I'd say house over car, all day long.
Look how much you've lost on the car...
Disagree...totally...
A539's handle huge amounts of abuse, the treadblocks do not disintegrate no matter what you throw at them or how hot they get, and sidewalls stay intact (unlike PE2's).
Once you get the slip angle up they don't tail off sharply...in fact there's no real limit at...
61K since new on a 53 plate, very little in the way of problems, goes like absolute f**king s**t off a shovel.
As above, I tend not to listen to anything except the engine/exhaust/tyres when driving...can't get enough of it.
I still, after all this time and mileage, take it out for a 2hr...
I've never run EBC - green or any other colour.
The pads I had that were proper shite were Tarox Fast Road & Track - one trackday, 1,500 miles, almost down to the metal, with cracks running through the pad material.
Just play it by ear...
If you're fairly calm round the track, normal pressures will probably be just fine.
After each session check how they're wearing though, if through corners you find you're rolling onto the sidewalls and destroying the writing on the side...bump them up a bit.
If...
I've got two gas blow-backs and an AEG already...but have you taken a 0.2g BB at 328fps from 10 feet away? They hurt like f***, and the AEG spits out 20 rounds per second.
It would probably break his ribs or something...I can't do that...he's very calming when he's not trashing my car.
Bit too harsh mate ^^^ ;)
It's worse in the winter...within 2 mins of pulling up and stepping inside, he's sat across the wipers, getting all the engine heat.
I'd shut him outside at night for punishment...but he'd probably just crap on the roof in revenge.
I've tried the (low powered)...
No damage thankfully...just muddy footprints everywhere.
And if that isn't bad enough...he then forced his way into my house.
Luckily I caught him sniffing around and chased him the f*** out...
I caught a picture of him as he made his escape...
If anyone sees him...
No damage...I slid along probably less than 12 inches from it then ended up facing the right way :)
The beeping? Origin b2 overspeed warning, which beeps about 3 seconds late after reaching 100mph.
