If you have any kids then Id get the Leon if not or have only very young kids get the 182. I like the Leon but its a bit of a family car IMO nothing wrong with that but if you dont need a car that big then Id go for something sporty.

For a 182 exhaust youd have to change the rear panel as the 182 doesnt have a spare wheel the space being taken up with the exhaust underneith.

Dont bother IMO the Renault one would be the one to buy if you could but even thats not worht it. The amount they cover is minimal and since wear and tear can be blamed for most stuff then they wont pay out.

Have you tried the breakers. Inficar usually have a few cars. You might be suprised how much Renault charges for some prices there quite cheap sometimes.

Superchip are the only company in the UK I know about who can change the ECU programming and remap the ECU for you. Plus they have a good warently. The 100dci is very expensive to buy and IMO Id look at a 172/182 personally. But it is good on the fuel and cheaper to run.

Yep similar gains the remap will be more efficent and better and should make more power as it properly made (not meaning to be unfair to tunning boxes) but since its designed around the engine it might not as it has safer limits ie runs at lower temps for long life.
