I'm not convinced by Thule roofmount quality anymore, Ally is the same.
I'd get a renault roofrack (no adjustment required!) and then use Thule bike carriers on it.
people selling their cars may want them to return the car to standard. The springs will fit mk1 172, mk2 172, 172 cup and 182 by the way. Same fitment even though not the same springs.

ahh right ok, thought it might make a difference further out than the hub if you know what I mean. i.e. at a the wheels inside diameter and where it sits relative to the arches but in retrospect I'll shut the fcuk up :quiet:
