I dont think bolt in cages come loose. I bought a weld in cage because i'm keeping my clio untill she dies so i thought i might as well get a fairly good one. If your going to sell up in a few months or a year then just get a bolt in cage and you can allways sell it and put the car back to...

There's quite a big selection of coilovers out there which would give you a nice drop. Probably wouldnt bother with just lowering spring at the ride will kill you. I've got H&R coilovers and i find them very good compaired to the cheaper sets on the market. The H&R's soak up the bumps really...

Yeah i wouldnt bother stripping it mate, i had the RS Tuner and it was a great improvement. For the gain you get its worth the money My car is running well, bit of a dodge front right caliper but i'll fix that over the next few days, and my cage is going it today :D
