    Brake pedal switch?

I've reserved a Febi brake switch from ecp that I'll go collect after work. I also have some hubs that im having bearings pressed into and these have some abs sensors on them. I've no idea on whether they work or not but I'll be able to tell when I fit them.

    Brake pedal switch?

It was changed quite a while back. I might get another just in case. They're cheap enough. Then I'll go around all the abs sensors and give them a clean. Can you replace the steering wheel angle sensor?

    Brake pedal switch?

Just recently my service and traction lights have been coming on. I replaced a brake switch ages ago, and also changed both abs rings around 7 months ago. It doesn't happen all the Time, but like this morning when i lost traction the lights came on. (Icy today). They go off when I turn the...

    Bearing press

Decided I'll be paying someone else to do it 😂 Trust the person who will be doing them so it saves scrapping any hubs or bearings by doing it myself. Maybe I'll get one in the future!

    Bearing press

Aye, dont get me wrong, £40 isn't bad! But wasn't sure if it was worth paying for a press just so I have it for future use. Love me some tools. I am worried that's potentially the case with the Tonnage. I have a grinder so happy to take off that outer race if it does get stuck.

    Bearing press

£63 for this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/6-Ton-Heavy-Duty-Hydraulic-Workshop-Garage-Shop-Standing-Press-6000-kg/281634190294?epid=1458683938&hash=item4192b4b3d6:g:IssAAOSwf~ZZbdlK That's if 6 tonnes is enough!

    Bearing press

The hubs are spare ones, already off the car so i'd just be dropping them off. This is true, might be worth the £40 just to save the aggravation. But then I think if I have my own press I can use it for other stuff, like bushes etc.

    Bearing press

Having been quoted £40 for some bearings to be removed from my hubs, thought it's worth punting a little extra into buying my own. Are these cheapo 6 tonne bottle jack style ones from ebay decent? Would 6 tonnes be enough to remove the bearings? Don't really want to spend over £200 on one!

I've some bearings I could do with pressing out of some hubs, and some bushes out of wishbones if you're free anytime soon? :)

    BG 182

I did my tie rods not so long ago, they're such a pain to get those rubbers on! Such a relief when they pop on haha  I nearly didn't go out to work on the car, but just shoved some layers on and it wasn't too bad. Got lucky with the rain tbh. And cheers mate! I just want to get it...

    BG 182

On my journey to work last week I noticed the front end was scrubbing on lock even when at low speed. Having read a fair few threads and when looking underneath today, it was clear it was scrubbing on the part of the arch liner where the bumper bracket sits underneath. Few taps with a hammer and...

    muffler delete on 182 ?

You could run it as a straight pipe, then build the silencer around it but not doing anything. Or completely gut the silencer

    muffler delete on 182 ?

Why don't you just get a good full catback exhaust system? Are you running a decat as it is? I don't understand why you would want to chop off the box.

Issue removing BC top mounts from coilovers

If you pulse the gun it'll take them off. I did mine this way with an air gun with my last top mounts. Didn't have to hold the Allen key.

I think I saw a 1*2 last night around 6pm down trinity street in Huddersfield. Can't be certain but it sounded like one as it went past and looked to have clio rear lights.

    Headlights too high

Your adjuster broken? Adjusting them whilst they're on? Check your rear xenon leveller too on the rear beam but this shouldn't stop you adjusting them at the front
