    buzzing from the throttle body is perfectly normal, it will stop about 30 seconds or so after the car is shut down. you sure the cam timing is spot on? floating pulleys so belt tensioned with the pulleys loose etc as per the workshop manual?

    yeah looks to me like that has a front starter where the Clio 2 has a rear starter under the exhaust manifold. so yes it will be under your starter

    If its the same as the MK2 with the K4J/K4M then its on the front of the engine circled here: remove the bolt and insert the locking pin in there

    my 200 cup done it, and my 197 r27 done it, but my current 197 doesn't! I've just done a clutch and slave cylinder on it with all genuine parts, the ONLY thing aftermarket is a braided clutch line rather than the old factory one!
