Looks like my haldex pump has had enough today, 430bhp and fwd is not great infact I would say mostly pointless!

I've had this since april 2011. 1 of 1 Solar Orange 8j TT RS, no one else was daft enough to spec this exclusive colour. Recaro Wingbacks too! It's now Stage 2 tune, 430bhp ish Coilovers arbs and Wavetrac LSD 70k miles. I still love it nice quick point to point car, makes some good noises too.

I've done the front's to, figured they had done as much work as the rears. It got rid of the birdy chirping noise to.

I replaced mine with OEM ones with the bearing, DS2500 pads 12+ trackdays and they have hardly worn.

P.S. one of the reason I use Conti's over the Michelin is that they are not as wide at the shoulder and I get less rubbing. That and they were the best dry tyre when I bought them.

the 5 was an upgrade on the 4 not the 4S. The Conti CS7 is easily outperforming the 4S these days (4s is an old tyre now) and is cheaper! I find https://www.tyrereviews.com/ and his youtube channel really good for the lastest tyre reviews. I'll be replacing my CS6 with some CS7 when they are...

Dynamat inside the tower and on the selector shaft (under car), fresh grease in the top of the tower bearing periodically, I don't have no noise :)

Looks identical to mine! What clutch did you got for? I've gone for an Organic Sachs one and a lightened flywheel. All run in now will get a chance to test it on track next spring, works great on the road, nice and free reving on blips.

I used a Pure Go Highway, worked great.

They look decent too, I don't think Demon Tweeks stocks these so havent tried them. I was set on recaros, but I didn't find them very comfortable. I'm tinkering with the seat position atm, got a 40mm steering wheel spacer on my Xmas list

I missed the post on Seats, I went to Demon tweeks and sat in them all, I eneded up with the Sabelt ones for size and comfort. Plus I don't hate all the "matching" Sabelt stuff in my Baguette

I've not seen any half days at Oulton advertised since I started doing trackdays in '21, seen them listd for Cadwell etc.

What Flavour of Clio? On my 182 my fav mods are my PMS shifter, (I am over 6 foot and it was a bit low down before). Pro AM racing Geo Correction kit, this feels great on track, not sure its needed on a road Car. Sabelt Steering wheel and a 20mm spacer. Styling wise I love my Decals and 15" F1 OZ's

have you been near the temp sensor in the passenger side wing mirror? I had problems when I cut it off also fused the Radio fuse, fixed them 2 and mine worked again.

it's very crashy on the road even with the dampers on full soft, I wouldn't! Mine doesn't see the road really, I excercise it everynow and then. I've just bedded a clutch in for 500 miles of cheshire B roads and it's not as fun as it would be with some softer suspension. Ruined for the road...

I run 9/8 BC DS on my track car, they are a little harsh on the road but mega on track.

Welcome! Mine was meant to be the same, I've mostly ruined it for the road now in favour of track.

Pretty much what happened to me, clutch lasted till 3pm though so got a few sessions in.

Well thats gone :P one half of the clutch came off the other is dust in the box :P

the clutch is properly dead in mine.
