Looks fairly tidy although it's missing its bullets on both sides weirdly enough! I'd make sure the belts were done at a specialist too. It's all well and good having an invoice of the parts being purchased and genuine renault, but if they've been fitted by the local mechanic who has one eye and...
Well for anyone wanting to do this too, I simply removed the existing renault LED unit. Pulled out the connector and soldered this to my LED strip.
Removed the little opaque light diffusion plastic from the housing and stuck the LED strip to it after cutting it down to size.
Connected it back to...
I have two addresses down mate as I'm a student. YO and HD. Put named drivers down if you havn't. Lots of silly stuff reduces prices on the comparison sites! Higher mileage, driving in peak times, etc lowered my premium funnily enough! All my mods were declared too.
But all you have to do is slide an axle stand under, you dont even have to move the jack. Not worth the risk IMHO. (Obviously different if repairing a flat at the side of the road though).
If it does fail the damage should be fairly minimal as all the wheels are still on though? Unless you do work with a trolley jack and no axle stands which is a bit silly.

Hi Mick,
You honestly havn't gone wrong anywhere with me! I am just trying to get a scope on prices in general with the companies that are more local to me, with similarly good reputations when it comes to the work carried out. Your replies were the quickest I got and have left me with lots of...
I think you're right mate! Probably would do a good job mind, but i doubt it'd be a better job as surely there's only '1' right way to do the belts/timing? Can't wait to get out with the car now!
At RSMurray they stated that "£260" is labour alone, hence the high price and that there was no movement.
Seems everyone has bad experiences at different places! I'd go RSTuning, but feel the price wont be far off RSMurray for the belts doing. Might just bite the bullet and go DDC for belts...
