Obviously start by saying depends on: budget, new/pre owned and whether you want to built it yourself.
Websites like Overclockers and SCAN offer filtering based on performance etc so this should give you an idea of what you get for the money.
SCAN have a useful infographic showing what each...
Samsung claim it matches the curvature of the human eye - but that could be utter nonsense sales talk.
Not having used it I have no idea if its good.
That said, I‘d struggle to go back to 16:9 after a few months with ultra wide
Funny I was just looking at mine (1900R) today thinking, you can hardly tell it’s curved when you look at it, yet from the side profile it’s noticeable.
That Samsung is mad, although heard there were quite a few quality control issues with the G9
Got the Alienware AW3420DW in lockdown and it's bloody brilliant.
Meets all your requirements and it's a good looking piece of kit.

Not bad looking that...
Been looking at getting a Series S and a wireless headset for some occasional gaming with my Xbox fwends when we wanna play something that doesn't have PC crossplay.
Steelseries make some banging kit though... https://steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/arctis-9x
Very nice motor, I was never that sure about S3s until I started looking for something fast and comfortable and ended up buying one last year, gave me a greater appreciation for the older ones too. It really does everything and s-tronic is proper superb.
Splinter Cell Chaos Theory.
Sometimes the graphics are truly horrifying but I grew up playing this so it’s a nice occasional throwback when I’m really fucked off with CP2077
The lack of fan shouldn’t make stuff worse over time anymore than a regular fan laptop. Obviously the performance will be capped if it gets too hot as it can’t just fire the fan up.
Personally I’m a fan of the Touch Bar but think it’s a personal choice. You can either restore an entire time...
I had a couple of crashes on my PC lately and reliability viewer just pointed me to the memory dump file.
could be worth downloading BlueScreenViewer which should show which process is causing the crash

You might need to google the output but...
It looks a good idea but the videos I've seen online make it look so weak, however you never know how much they're trying to make it look s**t.
How you finding it getting in and out of your pocket? And are you using a MagSafe case + wallet, or wallet straight onto the phone bareback?
They do have some insane s**t on there, think they have/had a 10k one that was built into a desk.
Looks cool but can’t imagine they ship many whatsoever
And you’ll still have to wait forever for a 3090
Tbh the blizzard launcher is janky at the best of times.
If no luck after a reboot/relaunch then maybe reinstall the blizzard launcher, alternatively, try installing the game in your user folder rather than directly into Program Files x86
Haha, few years ago it was a bit of a struggle but as others have said, nowadays, Netflix, Prime, AppleTV+ and even BBC offer 4K content.
Personally for 4k movies I buy or rent from iTunes on Apple TV as they have solid collection of UHD films for good prices.
There’s also no reason you...
Had my LG OLED nearly two years and it is hands down one of the best tech purchases I've made.
There's so much great UHD/Dolby Vision content out these days to really make the most of it.
Enjoy.
Assuming it's no different from the C8 (don't think it is), then you'll be fine.
It's optional, and only required for you want to perform a software update or use the built-in apps.
Been playing a bit this afternoon, up to nearly 20hrs played.
Still enjoying it but I think the glitches are starting to grate on me a bit more.
Some background guitar music has got stuck on repeat for the past 20 mins and I'm starting to get bored of restarting the game when weird s**t happens.
Just seems surprising to me that it was released 9 months late and still not up to scratch.
The CEO fella is saying that they released too soon, that's some pretty poor management if they need at least an extra YEAR on top of what they initially expected.
I've not experienced a huge amount of issues on PC, certainly none of the ones described in #146.
I would imagine once they release the next gen upgrade then XSX and PS5 will be up to mid tier PC standard for bugs and performance.
10hrs in and now starting on some of the numerous side missions.
Once you’ve got a vehicle and the hang of driving it’s brilliant to just cruise around enjoying the spectacle, the attention to detail in every side street is brilliant.
Many hours will be required to get the most of this game.
Seems to be getting a fair bit of s**t from lots of people but just put 5hrs in on a medium spec PC and so far so good.
Graphics are really good and 90+ FPS, only noticeable glitch so far was driving through an open gate, which apparently wasn’t open...
RIP consoles :ROFLMAO:
Don't know if anyone was on the 3060ti launch yesterday, it was farcical, Scan sold out in seconds (so presumably incredibly low stock), as did everywhere else.
Yeah I got the notification of Amazon stock, my Series X is arriving Friday but I have a friend who actually wants one so just gonna sell it to him.
Anyone still after one, get Telegram and setup StockInformer alerts via Telegram, worked great for me earlier.
My biggest qualm is that Casual is too easy and Normal is just slightly more challenging than I’d like for the occasional game haha.
graphics on zombies Cold War are exceptional, first next gen zombies I’ve played and I’m sold.
Given Cold War zombies a few solo games and it seems ok, bit out of practice so it was tricky. Need to get into it and see what else the map has to offer.
Love seeing the original zombies map in the middle, makes you realise how much bigger the maps have got.
