Not sure what gains the catcams 428 give (I think 10bhp has been claimed before now). You'll need a remap afterwards to make the most of them too.
I'm running Piper cams in mine as its only another £20 for a more aggressive set of cams.
I've got the PMS kit, very happy with it and everything required is there in the kit.
If you get the Cup setup you need the alternator to go with it, I went with the PMS kit to save finding a decent Cup alternator.

Before anyone can really answer your question we need to know how many humps the camel has. One or two? Use the illustration below to see the difference.

I believe the BC are rebuildable too, they are also monotube like the AST but the BCs have bigger diameter, stronger shafts akin to the AST 2s. Larger range of spring rates available too.
Not saying the AST aren't worth it but the BCs are very well priced for what you get compared with the rest.
It'll be interesting to see how well they retain the camber.
Camber bolts can shift when subjected to potholes, kerbs, speed bumps etc. so I wonder whether these will too.
