The injectors are renowned for air locking. Got any voltage at the injectors? Oh and btw pulling injectors out and cranking it like that is phenomenally dangerous. Don't do that again!
Nah not yet, I've got dyno time in Nov. booked at the college to finish off the map. I want to do it all myself hence why it's taken so long to get it onto a dyno!
I did indeed, they had incorrectly done it the first time and bent valves as a result, then on the second attempt they had inserted the crank locking pin incorrectly, end result was 150bhp, left me and made 185.

I currently have 2 spaces left on my offer of cambelt/dephaser change for £500. Normally £600. This includes oil and filter and aux kit change. All genuine parts too.
Get a new fuel filter and cut the old one open and see if there is any metallic filings. Failing that get it to someone with proper diagnostics equipment to read live data and see what the pump flow and pressure are.
So, I ended up buying this and it's sat in the corner of my yard for the last 6 months. Decided to actually repair it this week.
6 valves, 6 guides, belt kit, water pump and 4 new injectors and she's running like a beaut.

Yeh. Blocks up stuff like the coolant galleries in the head and the heater matrix. You can try flushing it out but the damage will most likely be done now.
