I am thinking of doing a fully fitted suspension refresh offer. This would be: Cup dampers, new cup wishbones, new rack bushes, new top mounts, new track rods and track rod ends, ARB Bushes, fitting and a geometry setup. Normal price for this would be nearly £895. For 10 people I can...

    Power/reliability. What/how. Cost effective?

438's would be too wild IMO. 197's take a little from down low and give you more top end.

    Oh no cambelt gone?

You can't take the cam cover off on these without removing the belt. If you want me to have a look over it and give an estimate your welcome to.

    Power/reliability. What/how. Cost effective?

Mike Woodford is really the only person you want to map it. Also, myself and him are the only people who know how to time up the 197 cams. I loved the setup, tbh it really didn't feel any slower than my ITB'd one.

    Power/reliability. What/how. Cost effective?

Eh? You'd use the box from the car you got th engine from. It all set you back about 2k including the shafts/rods/turbo etc.

The perfect fast road set up for a clio 1*2??

I've not used blue stuff. I've experienced every other colour they do and they have all fallen apart, not just on the clio range either

    Power/reliability. What/how. Cost effective?

Both myself and Mike Woodford have cracked 200bhp on the 197/rs2 setup. Tbh it's a setup I'd have again in a heartbeat.
