Hoovered the inside as it had got dirty over the months. Thinking of making some foot plates for driver and passenger

Not much done today on this , fitted washer bottle , wiper motor and scuttles and front headlamps. They lights need a good polish ! Furthest its moved since i bought it ! I dont appear to have reverse at the moment 😂😂

Got home and my wiring loom had been left by the front door so will get that fitted this week.

Not alot done on this today ! Just fitted the oem washer bottle back in and windscreen wiper motor and scuttle panels. Fitted the bumper with great difficulty , doesnt seem to fit very well at all ! May need to look at swapping this ! ,

How much are front bumpers fetching these days ?

My inner skin has been cut away so would need them on the rear of bonnet and maybe aerocatches up front

Ive seen them and the footplates , i think they are in poland , are the quality ok ? 1mm thick ??

Im going to sort this now my car is not far away from being running , just got to decide on the shower technique or vanish in a bowl. The wheel hasnt done much use to be fair

Fitted front wing back on. Need to remove this dash loom with some odd connectors on , rear loom connector block is different to all my other looms. Once i get new loom fitted we shouldnt be to far away.

Have you fitted yours ? I have 2 pit king ones but im going to need 2 for the boot and then two aerocatches for the front

So i spent afew hours tonight on the car , checked the relays in emgine bay and swapped them over from my running clio. Checked all the fuses as well , i have noticed various cores have been cut so im thinking a signal i need is one of those wires which have been cut ! I installed a spare...

I was speaking to an old friend from my 200sx days who happens to be a bc racing dealer and they were running a clio with a set and mentioned the valving could be specced but again valving would be done to suit springs picked

So 10/10 valving and 10kg fronts , 8kg rear springs ?

What valving would people go for on th BC racing coilovers , 10/10 valving and 8kg springs or do i need stiffer ? Pure track car running slicks and semi slicks

I'm not getting engine management light coming on and going out either.

Tried swapping the ecu , key and uch for a spare set i have and still getting a solid red light so the puzzle continues 🤔. I will try the ecu set from the white clio on the red clio and see if i get the same.

Well my new coilpack arrived , fitted it and the car was the same 🙈. Had a look at the coilpack plug and noticed one of the pins was pushed back in the plug and not locked in place ! Its alive 😈

I might put the KW on the white clio instead of buying new cup shocks and a set of springs and get a set of bc racing coilovers with 9kg or 10kg fronts as its a pure track car 🤔

Got a solid red immobiliser light currently so need to investigate why ? I think red solid light means that the key is recognised but there is a problem. Need to check whether engine management light pops up or not and go from there , i have a full ecu , ucm etc i can borrow from my white build...

Yeah just got to weigh up if its worth me going from my KW V2's to the BC racing , i was going to look if i could get a harder spring for the v2's as i think others have done this in the past

Fresh gearbox oil as well , was due ! The chaos on the drive !

This weekend spent abit of time on the red clio. First up fresh gaskets for the lower and upper inlets. Fresh oil and filter for the engine.
