Any ideas what the ring connector is by starter motor is ? Connected starter motor positive and spade connector

Which is the starter motor positive terminal ? Just trying to make the connections now , is it the long stud terminal or the short one ?

Started to put the engine bay wiring loom in tonight. Couldnt move everything out because of the rain so very little room.

Alternator plug pushes in so far but doesnt clip. I remember my iceberg connector had been cut off and directly soldered to the pin. Does everyone else have this issue ? Its a valeo alternator

All removed to start again , i got 2 dash looms with the white clio , one has been stripped down to remove various things so there is a risk this loom could be bad and the other loom is untouched but it does not have 5 relays and also noticed it doesnt have the P201 plug (square plug) to the UCH...

This is the mess , the clocks were stuffed behind this guage panel and lots of additional red cabling used for everything so a nightmare to fault finding etc

Managed to install the brake bias valve and replacement line suppied by Proline.

No real progress as ive been helping my friend get his Integra ready for trackday thr past couple of weekends. Managed to get my K-brace fitted , probably wont do much with already having the cage.

Looking to paint my roll cage liquid yellow , anyone done it with rattle cans or know of a good supplier for the paints ? Is it a base coat then a pearl lacquer ? Love the colour and probably wont ever have a car thats that colour 😂😂

Also got the miltek fitted , need to have a mess about with the tailpipes as they arent equal either side !

Managed to get abit of time on the white clio today before the wales match. No comments on the result ! Test fitted the cage , need to get bolted in , bottom feet should be ok but might need to modify the rear strengthening plates.

Jacking point at the front was abit mangled after previous owners, so straightened out as best i could and gave them a clean up then applied some rust converter and paint , POR15 products i used.

Altenator belt fitted along with new tensioner bolt supplied by @plees . Coolant filled up with renault coolant

Uprated dogbone mount fitted and gearstick and linkage , planning to get a PMS but just wanted to fit this temporary.

Trial fitted part of the intake set up , i do have a duct to install and will need to fabricate a bracket. Copying a couple of others members on here as it looked a decent set up. Radiator need a bracket also unless i decide to put crash panel in as this car had the throttle body set up...

Had to fit a new expansion tank as i had changed alot of parts

New front discs fitted and brembo 4 pots upfront.

Forgot to update this ! Uprated radiator fitted and red silicone hoses.
