Clio RB 2005 CUP model , 3 owners , 71,000 Miles MOT until April. It says cambelt was done in 2010 so im assuming this will need to be done even though it may have not done many miles since the last change. Its had all new genuine Renault shocks , calipers and Michelin PE2 tyres. brembo max...

It's when I fire it up . Pedal is soft until I pump brake with ignition off . Fire it up pedal goes to the floor . Can't get any decent resistance and no brakes . Will have rs tuner software for abs next week . People think master cylinder is working then and doesn't need replacing ?

Im going to use rs tuner and abs software , will I need a Mittyvac to Draw the air out calipers one by one or will pumping the pedal and opening the bleed nipple work the same boys ? Also do people think that my master cylinder may need replacing as I removed my calipers so reservoir went dry...

Looks like I need to buy the ABS software for my RS Tuner or get a decent diagnostic machine to open the ABS Pumps Valves as it maybe air in the pump . I guess I will sort out any remaining jobs like aerocatches and fitting of the harnesses and check for leaks

can you just buy the ABS software and load it on or do you have to specify originally on order ? Ive not bought a license to load a 98 ron map yet so can I link it to my car ?

Yeah still have abs boys , abs light is on ! Car has been on drive years and had no calipers for a while ! Thought it must be summit as the pedal just doesn't get hard !

Had to put on hold but got abit done this weekend . New seats are in , just need to drill holes for harnesses . Done the helicoil on the oil gallery . Adjusted the gear linkage so now have 5 gears and reverse . Having problems bleeding the brakes because it's been dry for alongtime !
