Took the car to 3 sisters today, only a small local karting track nothing major.
Tbh it surprised me a lot thought it was going to be rubbish but it was flying most of the day, on my last session passed a 197 with unusual ease and then was slowly gaining on a meg250 until I had an issue with...
Hi all took the car on a track day today and it all of a sudden lost power steering after a lap or two so came in and knocked it off straight away, it looked as though the belt had slipped off the pulley but later realised the pulley had worked loose.
The three little 10mm bolts are still in...
I know there is lots of topics on this but I can't find any with all the info..
I'm having issues with the pulley on my power steering pump and tbh I want to get shut of it anyhow make it less pulleys to drive so what exactly is the list of everything needed? Is it literally a case of clio 1.5...
Just to update yep tried the dash reset and doesn't come on now till it's right at bottom so seems to have worked, cheers lads [emoji106]

I know it's not an issue with you the car being roadworthy (mot'd) but do you think the sunstrip would pass an MOT that low? Thinking of similar for mine but I use mine on the road on weekends so needs to be mot'd

Was meant to be out last week in a friends car at Oulton but we got cancelled due to fog so next time I'm out will either be for a little blast at 3 sisters next week or I will wait till new year and book at Oulton Park again.
Hopefully be doing a deal with a fellow member on here for some...
You can actually buy the full bush kit as a whole; tbh your best off going for the Black series kit for a track car, tbh I use my car on the road and they're epic

Haha I saw this when I was looking the other week, was laughing at the pics, but I HPI'd at with it being a write off and the bits it needed doing it wouldn't of been worth it by time I got it back so left it, glad to hear you got money knocked off [emoji108]

Hi folks usually the car starts up no bother but recently when I've been coming work it's had a weird issue. I've been starting the car up at home, fires up first time. Then driving it to the garage half a mile away, going in and then coming back out to the car which I normally just leave...
Strange one, only happened today the fuel light has come on but I know that it isn't due fuel, the Gauge is reading 1/4 tank nearly which seems right but the fuel left meter is just showing ----- so I'm confused ?

Threads like this are what I love about this forum there is so much skill and detail gone into this build it's absolutely epic [emoji7] will keep my eye on this see how it progresses. And those shocks are a piece of artwork on they're own lol

As mentioned previous engine oil works; also peanut butter (non chunky lol) which makes em smell nice, tyre shine back to black or wd40 what I normally use, basically whatever I've got to hand haha!

+1 on the 172 cup option
I've come from a boosted seat Leon 200+ bhp which was just lazy turbo power and as said above because the cups are such a no frills drivers car they're bloody epic to take out for a blast over back roads and for use on track because it's just back to basics N/A old...
