I'd say they're slightly more firm than standard due to the rears being uprated too.

They look fresh! I set mine to standard (22 clicks from soft) the other day and it's absolutely spot on with the rear Koni's set to half.

You will need the wings as well as they are wider to match the bumper.

If you're going more than -40mm you should be looking at uprating the shocks, however I'd do it anyway given the age of them if they are still the originals. I'd personally look for a used set or if you can stretch to it, a used set of coilovers as they'll be cheaper than new and also act as...

With carbon it's all or nothing IMO. It would also look out of place on an otherwise standard looking car.
