I've found EuroCarParts to be the cheapest for standard engine mounts. Larkspeed were the cheapest for the powerflex mounts.
Hacksaw and a hammer worked for me  Lol
Do you mean the purple powerflex mounts in the dogbone mount?
I've got them fitted to mine, I can live with it and the vibrations have calmed down now they've bedded in. Did contemplate the uprated upper gearbox and engine mount but the price of them has put me off.
Will do cheers Fred.
While inspecting around the gaitor on the track arm, I've found alot of black grease around that area, all on the gaitor and around that area.
The CV boot did split last year and spat grease everywhere so it may have come from that but I'm presuming there's grease inside...

Been looking around for Track Arms on a few sites and with it being a bank hoiliday I obviously can't ring...
I meant who ever fitted it last :rasp: lol.
That bit that's snapped, I do see them pop for sale in the forsale section, other than that I think it's something you'd have to get from Renault.
Yeah, completely defeats the object of having locking nuts really.
Only place it could have happened was when I was parked up at ECP in Trafford Park, was parked for quite a while as I was waiting for a part. Incidently there was an 08 plate 197 parked next to me when I came out, maybe it was...
172Ben painted his, have a look in his project thread. Although he had no inlet plenum to worry about. lol
Edit: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=426681&page=14 Post 264 ;)
It's a good idea but I'll be extremely paranoid about them for a while now, so they'll be getting checked everytime I go out in the car. lol
Or when it goes in the garage for work,
Garage: Is the locking wheel nut key in the car
Car Owner: Yes all 4 keys are in the car
Garage: Eh?
The guide on here didn't work for me unfortunately, I got pissed off and just yanked it and it ended up in bits. I used a ball joint splitter for the fronts and had them off in minutes. Wish I'd have bought the ball joint splitter before attempting to take the rear wiper arm off. :o
Only explanation would be that I'd not tightened them up properly the last time I had the wheels off but I very much doubt it. Making sure the wheels nuts are tight is one of my pet things. I always check and always make sure they're tight.
Yeah it's very scary, if a wheel fell off on the...
Was driving up to my mates last night via the M60 and suddenly my steering wheel started shaking pretty violently. My 1st thoughts were "ffs what's broke now". Pulled over on the hard shoulder and investigated around the front wheels, never spotted anything so I thought I'd try the wheel nuts. 3...
Yay! my car has been spotted. wel sik dat innit! :clown:
Not sure what goes through people's minds to think that looks good and LOL at the wheels, Halfords specials are the new Turinis ;)

18th July is quite a way off, I'll stick my name down but I can't say I'll 100% be there yet.
As above, According to Renault it never needs changing but you should see the colour of the oil after 50k miles useage. Once I'd changed mine, gearchanges were smoother and less notchy.
Not sure on the set up on the 172s and 182s but mine was fairly easy. Hardest bit was getting the wipers off, bought a ball joint splitter and they came off pretty easily with that.
I'm guessing it was just an 0-ring as where it came from on the washer bottle is round. Just hoping I can find it tomorrow as I can't fill my washer bottle up. Lol
And Lol, yeah their prices are a tad ridiculous, I try and avoid using the dealers as much as possible for that reason.
Managed to get my wipers off before and investigate my intermittently working washer jets. Turns out it is the motor that's the problem. Only thing is I managed to drop the rubber gromit that holds the motor to the water bottle.
I think it's dropped down in to the wheel arch area and I'll have...
