Got my bushes from LarkSpeed although I think KamRacing are cheaper now once the 5% CS discount has been applied.
A few people have complained about the DS2500 being crap on track, over heating and fading. Still to get mine to fade although I've not been on track and I try and use the box to...
You'd only need to replace the rubber bushes as the twisted metal part seems pretty solid. I've got the powerflex bushes in mine but I replaced the whole thing because I got a cheap one of here. Also it makes life easier if I ever put it back to standard.
If you're in manc anytime you can try...
Was a racing blue 182 with the two white stripes running over the car.
Spotted you on Guisness road going the opposite way to me, I did notice you put your hand up in acknowledgement but I was in a world of my own and reacted abit late to it, hence the flash of the hazards lol.
There's a guide on how to remove it in the guide section mate ;)
Pretty easy to remove and it gets easier the more times you take it off, just got to be careful when undoing and tightening the bolts holding it down, doesn't take much to snap them.
Why not go custom? Get it exactly how you want then.
As daft as it sounds but having mine decatted has made it more bearable. Yeah it's alot louder but it's doesn't drone half as much on the motorway.
1st Cup I owned had the kick and my current cup doesn't have the kick due to the R-Sport ECU. Got to say I don't really miss the kick, although the exhaust and engine note changes at 5k.
Don't be saying that, you'll have all the Cup haters saying "told you so" :rasp:
Although if you get stuck in traffic with this heat, it is a nightmare.

That never worked for me, it didn't move at all. I got pissed off and yanked it and it snapped. Had to buy another arm. Try using a wiper arm pulled or even a ball joint splitter on it.
Should try GreenStuff pads then makes the standards feel brilliant lol.
As Gaz says though, DS2500 and Brembo HC discs is a good set up, have it on mine currently and the stopping power is very good.
Just found my knock sensor hanging off. I noticed yellow tape around it a while ago, so obviously the previous owner has snapped it while removing the oil filter and bodged it.
I've just done a temporarily job on it and the engine seems to be running fine, have a rough idea on what it does...
Is the car used on track or just for B-Road blasts?
The lad I bought my Konis off had just upgraded to the FK Konigsports because the Koni shocks weren't really adequate as he does alot of track work. Mine never sees a track so the Konis are perfect for me, eliminated alot of body roll without...
I'm on this set up and really do rate it, It's pretty expensive and I can't comment on any of the coilover set up because I've never driven a 1*2 on them.
I do plan to go a step further and get an ARB for the rear at some point.
When I was looking at buying a pair from ECP, they had two sizes listed for the Clio 172. It was either M12 or M10 sized holes. Not sure if that's for the holes that allow the ball joint to be bolted to the lower arm or the bolt you're talking about.
Also had the displeasure of experiencing T1-Rs in the wet. Brilliant in the dry but a spot of rain and all the grip goes. When I had continentals on my other cup they were really good in all conditions, the PE2s on this car are better though.
