As said though I really have time to be waiting for the Renault stuff if they don't have it in stock... need to do the coolant flush over the weekend to use the car for Monday, which gives me... today! If needs be though I'll just wait for the Renault stuff. Just wondering what the differences...
They recommend you run it on 98ron too but 95 is fine. Is it the same sort of thing with this, or are people really against using anything but the proper stuff with coolant?
Genuine question btw so I know my options :) need to get it done over the weekend so may struggle getting the Renault stuff!
Planning on changing my coolant too, just wondering why this certain type of coolant is needed rather than just any coolant from Halfords or a local shop. Can anyone shed any light?
Took it for a proper drive for the first time in ages today seeing as it was good weather, ended up on some lovely roads in Rivington.
Just the one pic but I like it so thought I'd share :)
They only live up the road and I just drove straight there, got it done and came straight back. They actually did a good job of this, was difficult to peel off! What's up with the stickers?
As far as I know everything would be the same, it's just that (I think) the top would light up rather than the bottom bit (with the LEDS) for the sidelights. That's the only difference I can think of!
On the ph1, the sidelight is at the top, whereas on the ph2 it's at the bottom. That's on the standard set of lights.
I saw some 'Lexus' lights fitted on a lads ph2, that were meant for a ph1, and the top of his light was lit up like on a ph1. Maybe this is the case with these, not sure though.
Agreed! Shame you get shouted at for lowering a Trophy :dapprove:
I got a friend to do it who has a sticker/vinyl wrapping business so I'm not sure where it was sourced from sorry!
Re: Happy Easter - 15 FREE Rally Experiences for Cliosport members with FCS Tickets n
Excellent Mark, drift taxis will do me! Good to hear the tickets have been sent, I was wondering where mine was but never saw this thread. Thanks for keeping us informed.
Got bored so decided to wack a bit of vinyl on and also the old lights I used to have on my 1.2 (custom jobby) just to see how it looked. I know the rear vinyl needs to be about 1cm longer each side, but it's coming off when I cba anyway I just wanted to see what it looked like. Kind of like it...
