Is it hitting you hard in the pocket to keep the car? If not then I'd keep it, even if you're not driving it often, the times you do you'll appreciate it plus you'd never get bored of it as you'd not be driving it on a daily basis.
Interesting read, I've been considering the uprated engine mounts, although I've read it's ideal to replace all 4 because if you don't you can put more stress on the OEM mounts. How many mounts did you replace?
Bit confused to be honest, had the plenum off today and the ports on the inlet looked good (smooth and even) if that makes sense but the ports on the plenum looked rough.
When you have matched inlets I take it the ports on both the plenum and inlet are suppose to be even and smooth? I was...
I'd personally go for the blue but only cos I've owned black cars in the past and they're an absolute b*****d to keep clean. Look mint when they are clean but as soon as you take it off your drive it's filthy again.

Think any kind of decat is going to be fairly loud to be honest, you can buy silenced decats though. The stainless steel k-tech stealth is pretty loud and can get boomy on the motorway. The mild steel one is suppose to be quieter though.
As what nearly everyone has said in this thread, Bilberry wheel cleaner. Bought some this week and it's great. Really gets rid of that baked on brake dust.
Re: Recomended Petrol
I ran regular 95ron at 1st in mine, then I decided to run Shell Optimax, it's made a difference, car runs better and feels slightly nippier as well. Renault do recommend using at least 98ron.
Re: Has anyone every super/turbo charged a 172 Cup
They don't  haha!
Just alot of people make a big deal about the Cup not having ABS. I personally don't find it an issue.
