In order to spin the belt round a few times while the cams are still locked. This evens the tension out over the length of the belt

I think you need to research. The VVT solenoid switches at two points only on the F4R. It may work in the way you describe on other applications, but not on this engine

VVT switching points are around 1700rpm and then 6800ish rpm I believe. Whatever happens in between is nothing to do with VVT

The rear silencers can be repacked I believe. I know that's true of the race system so I'd assume the same for the stealth. If you've still got it, then it might be worth having a word with Fred

Just fitted 10mm rear axle spacers. What should be a simple job turned into a nightmare due to a rounded torx bolt. Sorted it in the end though! Cheers @Josh_F

Does the tyre need to be "prepped" in any way before applying endurance? Last few times I've used it I've not been happy with its endurance...pun intended. I've recently been trying to shrink down my collection so I've been using up a load of stuff I'd acquired over the years. On my last wash...
