im the same mate. had it six months, fell out of love with it. Then became a full member on here and saw what ya could get in the for-sale section and I loved it again. few months later i got bored again, put it up for sale, but now i love it again and want to keep it. so have just bought some...
surely you check your oil at least once a week so would know if its under filled? :p
its nothin to worry about as said above, I bet every other RS clio will have the same damp patch in the same place
i also sometimes get that mate. say if you stall at a junction and quickly turn ignition off and re-start, the fuel light will come on and stay on even though theres plenty of fuel in the tank
Ye it is a pain to keep clean, you dont even have to drive it for it to get dirty. I washed and machine polished mine last week, its not moved since, and I couldnt believe how filthy it was earlier when I came home from work. Looked mint when I did it though
in not moaning about the price i pay, i thought 960 quid was acceptable last year...but for it to nearly double in price after gaining a years no claims bonus, wheres the fuckin bonus in payin more?? thats what im moaning about!
when i bought my 172 this time last year, i insured it with direct line. i was 24 with 0ncb as have always been a named driver since i passed at 17 (biggest mistake ive ever made!). i paid 960 quid. my renewal came thru last week at 1590!! bearing in mind i've now turned 25 and have a years ncb...
on a flat road ye, it takes away the urge to accelerate etc. but goin up and down hill it would keep a constant throttle posistion uphill which would lower mpg, where if driving manually econonmically you would ease off upthe hill thus increasing mpg :)
