Yeah, pretty much, it could have been much worse! There were certainly a few touch and go moments..
Pretty much, the team we played had both fitness, and tactics. They had a solid back three at all times, who would put the ball out wide and run into space.
We had a bunch of panting, headless...

Best way is to watch someone who knows what they're doing..
Help them out on a detail and get them to teach you while they're at it!
Get it PC'd by someone who knows what they're doing, then keep on top of it yourself.
With £25-50's worth of bits from Halfords (which you buy over time if needed), you can keep it looking mint.
