My phones screen cracked in the blistering heat over the weekend, it was properly stuffed. Phoned Orange and the person i spoke to on the saturday evening got a brand new mobile delivered to my house by mid day sunday.
Also because i said i was not able to use my phone i got a £5 voucher off my next bill.

Was covered under warrenty apparently even though it was 13 months old.

I've never had any issues with using Orange Care.

Phone fell out of my shirt pocket when I was running across the road and got run over by a bus. Sent me a new one the next day.

Speaker stopped working on another phone, sent me a new phone next day.

A mate of mine decided he wanted to try and flash a very early alpha of an android port to his WinMo HTC (can't remember the model) and bricked it. One phone call to Orange and they replaced it with a new one the next day. (though having said that he did tell them it had been run over by a car, once they confirmed he was getting a new one, he took it outside and ran it over with his car :dapprove: )

Orange were always bang on for me, so much better than o2, but they didn't have the iphone upon release, fail

I've found since i switched to the iphone the customer services is a lot better, think they have separate CS for iphone customers since they always know what to do and are always british.
