Just been out and the gear changes are transformed. Wonder if that wear in the bush was causing me some problems? I also now have zero knocks. Just a s**t ton of vibration from the evol. Presume it'll settle?

I like the red! :smile: Removed the dogbone polybushes and they're the old design that powerflex changed from. I levered them with pliers slightly and you can see they are cracking around the edge. Don't know what sort of impact this would have been having?

Where abouts? I'm running washers either side of the wishbone bushes What's the torque on the lower balljoint bolts? I've just done them to about 80, need loctite or don't they often come loose? Like i say, I'm sure I torqued them!

Weather was great in Huddersfield yesterday so got myself outside to make the most of it! Removed the old polybushed dogbone and replaced it with my evol mount. I used some washers on the front part above and below the evol mount just to spread the load out across the bush. Nipped up the bolts...

You sure there's no movement on the top hat and the collar? I definitely had some movement as the bilstein has a slight step in it.

I had the same issue with the top hat. It will fit but you have to tap it down with a hammer. Before fitting I would get some of the washers that PMS provide to bridge the gap between the bilstein top spring plate and the ktec top hat. Mine appear to be knocking pretty loudly and I think it's...

Cable tie the clip back on the one in the footwell and put a 3.9ohm resistor in the one behind the steering wheel
