Brilliant update mate, and the car looks the nuts! Be good to see this properly in daylight. I might have to give mine a full machine before then though :)
You need to get some cree sidelights fitted though, the yellow really stands out with the headlights on haha. Enjoying the driving videos...
Do they do mots?
Go to them for an MOT and let them struggle with the emissions! Really gutted as when you take your car to a garage the last thing you expect is for it to come back in worse condition. Especially when you're paying for the work to be done. Take the good with the bad I guess...
Are there any torque values I need to be tightening the tie rod to when replacing? Also, do I want to be greasing it up, or just leaving it dry under the boot?
Did anyone find a good method of removing the stickiness from the plastic panels in the sports? I have fitted non sport door pulls/ hazard panel etc, however the satnav surround is all sticky and you can't just get a non sport variant of this.
I had thought maybe IPA, or wet and drying? Just...
I'm hoping itll be straight forward enough as I have an invoice at said price. If not, I will probably get some ps3's for 240 (ish) fitted.
I just can't wait to have a decent tyre on, never run anything but budgets (on the 1.2, or the sport)
195's it is  Will ring kwikfit tomorrow, as apparently its possible to get 4 ad08r's for 193.96 fitted. I have the wheels ready to go, so saves them the hassle of removing them from the car so that'll be favourable for them.
I should have set up a poll 😂
Either should be better in the wet/dry than the aurora Korean tyres I'm running currently (thanks to the PO). Iirc you can get the ad08rs cheap from a lad on Facebook. It's just whether it'd be cheaper going for them fitted through somewhere like...
Just wondering what one of the better tyre choices are for 15's? I was always going to get some ps3's, but then @Niall mentioned AD08R's.
Just for general all round road use, no track driving.
Feel free to drive mine first to see whether you like the ride quality. They are actually pretty decent even on 'old' shocks. Slightly crashy on bumpy roads but no more than your coilovers would be. Only noticed some form of scraping when turning right into the alley to get behind my house. Not...
There is no need for any sealant on the manifold-decat if the donut is in good condition. You can tighten them down enough with the little springs to solve that. They havn't welded your decat to the centre section have they??? Get them to put your cat back on, and then when they struggle as...
