Sounds like a typical Windows 10 thing with older WiFi adapters.
I had the remove the WiFi adapter card from my other half’s laptop to even get the OS to install.
All dealers will suggest the OE spec shocks, but as already said, the 172 Cup shocks will fit.
Just remember to get the rears to match, I believe they have been superseded to the 182 Cup spec now but they all fit regardless.
More viruses are targeting Macs than what used to be about. It’s no different to Windows though tbh. Just be sensible with what sites you go on and don’t download something if you’re not 100% about it’s content.
I’m still using a mid 2012 MacBook Pro. Runs smooth with a SSD and 16gb RAM (which cost £60 at the time). Perfect for everyday tasks.
Got my PC for games though.
