I’d like to know if anyone else does them, I’ve literally just noticed that ktec stopped selling them.

Front splitters are about £250 from Renault. There’s a carbon fibre one that Ktec do for less than half that, or a lot of people stick a Skoda one on.

I have the same mats and the drivers one does slide forward. The Velcro is only attached on the edge of the mat which I assume is why it moves.

As already said really, don’t go mad. The most I would suggest is a set of wheels, insurance dependant. Check to see if they will hike your premiums up for changing them first.

But, if you’re looking at keeping the car original then I’d go down the route of rebuilding the head. At least you’ll know it’s been done properly.
As already said, too many people throw these engines away only to stick one in which they don’t really know...
That’s fair enough, I can’t imagine they’re the easiest of things to get hold of.
I do miss driving one of these though, they’re a proper laugh even as standard.
