Lol at de-icer damaging the paintwork . Do people really think companys sell a product that would damage the paintwork or rubber seals ??
Firstly , the companys would soon go out of business as nobody would buy the product again and also they would have hell of alot of lawyers letters...
Jesus . If i'd read that list before i bought mine i think i'd have got a different car , lol .
In general though they are pretty good cars for what you pay for them imo . Just the servicing costs would be my biggest gripe . I'm on my second RS and would definitely have another .
If it's still not right with the original bulbs back in and it's still under warranty take it back to the dealership . I wouldn't mention anything about fitting LEDS if you do ;)
Yes . A guide for the oval plate is here :

Sounds weird . As you already know you only usually have to re-enter your code when you've disconnected your battery .
Try putting the original bulbs back in , see if it makes any difference .
Like Fubar says , could be your battery . But you wouldn't think that LEDS would drain the...
Cheers Daz . But it connects when i boot in safe mode and i can browse the web normally .
The bloke at virgin media was a waste of time . He told me to take it to a shop , lol . So much for their so called " helpline "
My desktops gone titsup , something terminal i think . So i have a spare desktop my ex gave me . Only a crappy old thing but it was on ntl/virgin media same as me . So i thought i'd just plug my modem into her old pc and off i'd go . But when i boot it up normally i can't connect to the net ...
Basically my desktops gone titsup so i'm using an old desktop that belonged to my ex . Both desktop pc's have virgin media broadband . So i thought just a quick swap over of the modem and i'll be away . How wrong i was , lol.
I'm currently on the internet in " safe mode " as when i let the pc...
Never used the megs 16 so i can't comment on that wax . I've used the 476 alot but much prefer the Collinite 845 liquid insulator wax . Just as durable but hell of alot easier to apply / remove .
I heard they really worked . Pair it up with one of these resistors and you'll get 25bhp more plus save fuel :quiet: ;)

You've got a Karcher HDS 655 ? Looks like you've got a commercial one . They must have different fittings to the domestic Karchers .
I'm assuming you got this cheap / free as they cost an absolute fortune when new .
Lol, yeah . But the post is a little confusing . He's after info on a 36k service but as he said he's almost on 72k so he'll need the plugs changing as well as both belts ;)
Get your cheque book out mate
Spot on . Plus you'll need the spark plugs changing at 72k. Was that in with the quote at £185 ? It seems pretty cheap if it includes the plugs as well .
I'm not saying the alarms are " always " poor . But there have been plenty of people with problems with their alarms .
You can just phone Renault UK edde . Then they register your car on their database . Job done . No letter needed :)
When i got my first import (172 ) Adrian Flux wanted the VIN . They could tell it was an import just from the VIN . Go with a decent insurance company and you'll have no problems .
I see this one about imports has raised its ugly head yet AGAIN .
As said above . They aren't imports in the sense as Jap imports , they are a whole different kettle of fish . They are the same cars made in the same factory but without a Renault alarm , locking wheel nuts and earlier models...
Yeah . From the dealers . But like i said . I'd go for an aerosol mixed up at car parts place . It costs the same but you'll get 400ml and not an 18ml touch up paint so you'll have plenty of paint to play with . Imo with the touch up sticks the paint is a little too thick .
Just get the Renault touch up paint . It comes with a small lacquer as well ( not that you'll use that ). They are about 7 quid . Personally though i'd get an aerosol mixed up , spray a bit in the lid and use a c0cktail stick .
