Like Christopher says . Try and get the price dow a few hundred quid and ask the seller whats the story with the badges the wrong way round . It could be accident damaged and the bodyshop fitted them wrong .

You'll get lots of different opinions . Personally when i bought my 172 and 182 i didn't thrash em , but didn't drive em like a grandad either . Limited it to around 90mph for the first 500 miles then after that drove em both normally . Both cars never missed a beat .
