    Interior warrantied??

    I doubt very much that trading standards would want to get involved due to the wording of the warranty . It would be down to the disrection and the willingness of the dealership if they saw fit to replace it .

    Interior warrantied??

    It depends on your dealer and how helpful they want to be . The warranty doesn't cover " the replacement of parts damaged as a result of normal wear and tear " . Thats how they get out of that one if they want to . How do you define normal wear and tear though ?? Page 3 of the warranty booklet .

    detailing sprays

    I've been using the Body Shield Blitz Spray Sealant alot recently . It's not a quick detailing spray , but its good for applying longevity to your existing wax . Spray on , wipe it over , let it haze and then buff off . It literally takes minutes to do the whole car . A very easy product to use...

    using AG super resin

    ^^^ Like the mans says . You need to apply some pressure as its a polish . I think some people are under the the misconception that you just spread it on and remove it and it's job done . It needs to be worked like any polish . Thats why i use the german applicators , they give some bite and...

    using AG super resin

    I've never had a problem removing it . You only need to apply it very thinly . I use these German applicators and work the polish well , much better than the yellow foam pads imo . Maybe try a panel at a time ? I usually do the whole car then remove with a good plush microfibre cloth ...

    am thinking of changing my 182

    Asking on here what you'll get is pretty pointless imo . All dealersships will offer you different amounts depending on what deal you you can come to on a new car . Have a look on autotrader to get a rough idea of what they are going for but be prepared to get your ass raped if you do part...

    removing scratches from perspex?

    Flaming perspex is usually best done on the edge of clear sheet when its been cut and looks white . Depending how deep the scratches are , you might have some success with the rotary and some very mild abrasive polish , but you might see some deformation of the perspex if you concentrate in one...

    172 Cup Exhaust

    Burnley Powerflow is also called Top Gear . They will try on different back boxes for you until you are happy with the sound . I'd definitely use them again and a couple of other people have had a similar good experience there . As said above . You get good and bad Powerflow outlets , it depends...

    172 Cup Exhaust

    You'll have to go along and they fabricate it and fit it while you wait . I was originally only booked in for a new back box , so i asked how much for a full cat back and could they do it there and then . 90 mins later it was all sorted .I can't vouch for the work of other powerflow outlets ...

    48k Service

    Slightly off topic , but still on the topic of services . Cheers Maz :cheers: for the headups on Arnold Clarke in Warrington .Had it done on Friday for the princely sum of £150 with me supplying my own oil . I probably only saved a tenner compared to the dealers round here , but the dealers...

    Steering Wheel lock advice !

    If a car thief knows his stuff , he might look into the car , see its a pro lock and not a cheaper one and think sod that , lol . Like i said before . At the end of the day if someone really wants your car they'll come and stick it on the back of a truck .

    Steering Wheel lock advice !

    The stoplock pro is cat 3 . It just means it's been tested by thatcham test centre and withstood an attack for so many minutes . Advice - Sort these brakes out

    Me too . Always have done with no problems . I use a torque wrench to tighten the wheel bolts and if i've just had new tyres fitted when i get home i loosen the bolts and retighten them to the correct torque .
