RSRs are nothing on A048s though LOL.
I personally wouldnt bother regardless of how cheap they are you are massively compromising it's road capability running a full blown R tyre, particularly in this country.

Flat foot shifting is just that, keep the foot planted and change gear, ignition cut usually.
Downshift rev matching is just like heel and toe except you don't have to blip the throttle, loads of stuff comes with it these days from the factory GT4 included however if you can actually drive...
Ah that seems a bit better then, I thought they were similar weight to the Megane.
Still a decent amount out it though, it doesn't look like you have went too racecar with the weight removal either?
Oh, what's happened to that one....
Looks good Marc, vapour blasted stuff looks spot on, wish I had thought about getting my hubs etc dine when SWR had it last month doing swivels etc
I had my DZ03's on them and ran them for a couple of TD's then sold them. Not really wide enough and these came up.
Also, Sold the Cup wheels and have some TD 1.2s en route that shall be shod with some AR-1's or the new MRF tyres for trackdays.
Got some better photos last night with the new wheels

I've seen a few reports of these MRF tyres supposedly being the R tyre to get. If they really are better than a DZ03 then I'll definitely be getting a set. I'd be interested to see actual data and times comparing them though, not just people saying they are faster
Haha, I'd of bought several sets if they could be had that cheap, still cheap though.
Especially when compared to Cup 2s which were my other choice, there's no way the Cups are twice as good to justify the cost
Mega tyres, I ran the older AD08 at Spa in torrential rain and the grip was unbelievable once you got a bit of heat in them, standing water isn't so much of an issue when they still have plenty tread depth left.
Stuck some R compound ones on Megane before we went to the Ring done 25 low 8...
I gave in and done them anyway, mainly for the first reason you mentioned, for easier not having to deal with tyres, particularly when they will have 255s on
